Do you think it’s fixed and most of the winners who always same to be the same ones on every site are house players?

I’ve been using the online bingo site tombola for a couple of weeks now and have recently started to think that its a fix lol! Seems to be the same winners all the time! Are they allowed to fix it or does it depend on the amount of money you put into the site?

my mother regitared with a online bingo site where they have this thing where they match the money you put into the account with a points scheme so she put £20 in later that day they would not let her log so she called the number and spoke to the manager who accused her of money laundering and was told she was barred from that site and given 5 mins to go into the site and get her money back my mother was very upset by this and was looking for advice on who to complain to?
